Minimum Qualifications Nine years of satisfactory experience in industrial engineering. Two of the nine years must have involved supervisory responsibility for manufacturing operations.
An associate's degree in business administration, engineering, mathematics, or the physical sciences may substitute for two years of specialized experience. A bachelor's degree in the above fields may substitute for four years; a PHD in the above fields may substitute for two years.
Duties Description Management level position that work directly with the executive team. Plan and direct an extensive industries program at a correctional facility. Responsible for the administration of both the business and production aspects of the industrial program, exercising supervision over all civilian and inmate employees. Develop and implement plans to meet goals and objectives. Monitor production scheduling to satisfy customer and stock requirements making changes as necessary. May supervise, train, and/or schedule civilian employees and/or inmate workers, including preparing evaluations and/or counseling employees and/or inmate workers. Verify and sign all inmate payrolls
