Duties Description STANDARD DUTIES:
The Senior Administrative Assistant will assist in managing human resource activities and provide administrative support for the Unemployment Insurance Division. Duties include, but are not limited to: prepare hiring requests for UI management and executive staff to approve filling items; coordinate recruitment activities, prepare job descriptions and justifications to support classification requests; review and propose succession planning strategies; answer questions from program staff about personnel laws, policies, and practices; gather data from all UI Division program areas to prepare correspondence, spreadsheets and reports for Division Director and executive staff; and work on special assignments as needed.
