Minimum Qualifications For PRS 2 (CJ): Permanent service in this title or one year of permanent competitive or 55b/c service in a title SG-16 or higher and otherwise eligible for transfer under Civil Service Law or reachable on the current Civil Service eligible list for the PRS 2 title.

For PRS trainee: One year of permanent competitive or 55b/c service in a title SG-11 or higher and otherwise eligible for transfer under Civil Service Law or reachable on the current Civil Service eligible list for PRS Trainee.

Duties Description The Program Research Specialist 2 (CJ) conducts research and data analysis in the areas of adult criminal justice and juvenile justice. The incumbent of this position will conduct research, prepare analytic reports, and help maintain a juvenile justice data collection system and reporting process.
