Duties Description Duties of the position will include but not be limited to:
• Assist in the management of the Business Services Center (BSC) Filenet queue, to include sending invoices to program managers, Contract Management unit, and Budget & Finance using MS Outlook;
• Communicate with the BSC through Filenet, e-mails, and telephone calls;
• Update Excel Filenet Log and Review BSC's Accounts Payable Inventory Spreadsheets;
• Update Contract lines in the Statewide Financial System (SFS);
• Use the SFS to review Purchase Orders, Invoices, and Vouchers; Enter vouchers for Training
• Use SFS/BSC data to create Excel reports, as necessary;
• Communicate with SFS & BSC staff when issues arise; and
• Test new functionality, when necessary.
Additional Comments Appointment to this position is contingent upon Division of Budget approval to fill. You must be a current New York State employee to apply for this position. A full-time, contingent-permanent appointment will be made. If certified by Civil Service, mandatory reemployment list candidates must be considered first for appointment to this title.
