Duties Description Under the general direction of the Project Manager 5 in the Transformation, Strategy and Innovation Office of the Department of Motor Vehicles (DMV), the Project Manager 4, G-27 is responsible for:

* Management of its highly complex, cross divisional and intra-agency DRIVES Program; for providing program and project management services to DMV's business units.
* Overseeing the allocation of resources by subordinate Project Managers, while working on multiple top priority projects.
* The incumbent operates with considerable autonomy in planning, organizing, conducting and coordination of activities to best achieve predetermined objectives in the areas of project management, business process improvement, business analysis, technology procurement, governance and technology strategic planning.

Minimum Qualifications To be eligible for the Project Manager 4, G-27 position you must meet one of the following conditions as detailed below:

1. Eligible for appointment from the Project Manager 4, G-27 eligible list

2. In a G-25 or higher title that meets criteria for 70.1 or 52.6 transfer

Additional Comments Hours of the position will be discussed at the time of interview, including questions regarding Flextime, AWS/Compressed work week and Telecommuting.
