Duties Description Under higher level supervision, the incumbent must be able to perform the following essential functions:
· Maintaining database entries, training requirement fulfillment, and emailing confirmations to the statewide Board of Assessment Review member appointments.
· Updating continuing education requirement courses in the database, assigning students to those courses and maintaining credit usage.
· Verify eligibility for reimbursement for training completed and facilitating reimbursement to individuals.
· Manual assembly and the mailing of binders to students statewide.
· Order supplies for courses.
· Triage phone and unit shared email, forward inquiries to the appropriate analyst.
· Annually email continuing educational requirement status reports to appointed assessors and county directors statewide.
· Perform SLMS course enrollments for students participating in the unit’s SLMS versions of basic certification courses.
· Adhere to the Department’s time and attendance rules and regulations.
Minimum Qualifications The selected candidate must be eligible for transfer under Civil Service Law or reachable on the appropriate eligible list for this title and location in accordance with the provisions of Civil Service Law, Rules and Regulations.
Hours are based on business need and will be discussed during the interview. Newly hired employees will be eligible to telecommute after the specified training period.
