Duties Description ITS provides operational support to state agencies on a 24x7x365 basis; some positions may be required to provide this critical service at any time.

Under the direction of the Project Director, SG-NS, the Project Coordinator, SG-NS, will act as a lead for implementation of the product management structure across functional areas, residing within the NYS ITS Chief Finance Office. The incumbent will manage, assist, and support the Productization Project for ITS and help develop systems for managing lifecycles, full catalog integration and maintenance as the office develops.
Specific duties will include, but are not limited to the following:
• Manage and assist with day-to-day product operational oversight and developing requirements.
• Manage process development for lifecycle management integration across ITS units. Identify how these units interface with the product offerings and define business critical requirements for ongoing maintenance and subsequent solutions.
• Work closely to support the Productization Project Inventory Manager on listing requirements, lifecycle updates, etc. as a liaison with business units.
• Drive product process implementation throughout ITS. Develop training and support systems as needed.
• Responsible for new product gatekeeping process integration of key checkpoints across business units.
• Manage catalog view requirements across business units for implementation.
• Manage product reporting/data needs across teams for cohesive and timely delivery, with a particular focus on external agencies and the connectivity with existing financial reports.
• Manage analysis and reporting of the ITS product portfolio for executive leadership and DOB/Chamber reporting.
• Position scope to develop and refine as product office grows.
• Perform the full range of supervisory duties, as applicable.

Minimum Qualifications Seven years of experience including one year of supervisory experience in product, marketing or operations/logistics.

The following degrees may substitute for the general experience as indicated:

• Associate’s degree and seven years of experience
• Associate’s degree including 15 semester credit hours within business or related field and six years of experience
• Bachelor’s degree and six years of experience
• Bachelor’s degree including 15 semester credit hours within business or related field and five years of experience
• Master’s degree in business or related field substitutes for an additional year of experience
• Doctorate in business or related field substitutes for an additional year of experience

Additional Comments ITS will not offer permanent employment to any candidate unless the candidate provides documentation that they are authorized to accept work in the United States on a permanent basis. It is the policy of ITS not to hire F1 or H1 visa holders for permanent employment or to sponsor non-immigrant aliens for temporary work authorization visas or for permanent residence.

If eligible, positions located in New York City will receive an additional $3,400 downstate adjustment location pay with regular annual salary. Positions located in the Mid-Hudson will receive an additional $1,650 adjustment location pay.
