Salary RangeFrom $86681 to $109650 Annually
Duties Description Duties include but not limited to:
Lead a large phone unit, always ensuring proper coverage
Responsible for having knowledge of DMV policies and procedures as they pertain to the Unit and ensure they are adhered to
Assist Unit supervisor(s) as needed
Participate in DMV Working Groups
Lead and liaison with other units
Address inquiries from the public
Responsible for performing risk assessments and analysis of business processes to assure workflow and quality control
Develop and update policies and procedures for the unit
Assess training needs of the unit
Create and maintain training program for the unit to ensure incoming staff are properly trained
Minimum Qualifications To be eligible for this position, you must meet one of the following conditions:
1. Eligible for appointment from the Motor Vehicle Office Manager, G-23 eligible list
2. In a Motor Vehicle Office Manager, G-23 title eligible for reassignment
3. In a G-21 or higher title that meets criteria for 70.1 or 52.6 transfer
