Duties Description The function performed by the TTL is unique to this assignment to the Quality Improvement Department and this item will reporting to the Quality Improvement Director, this position serves as support for the operations staff and supervisors on regulatory standards and implementation of measures that safeguard individuals served as a result of incidents. This position is unique as it will be the oversight of ensuring timely investigation completion, closure compliance and Corrective Action Plan (CAP) compliance, and assist with Justice Center Audits. This position will also serve as Chair of the Standard of Practice Committee and will be an educator to the agency as the most up-to-date policies and procedures.
The Treatment Team Leader is a vital position to the Quality Improvement Department essential to health & safety and support of the core mission of the agency, as the incumbent provides consistent and routine guidance to all agency staff and supervisors regarding regulatory compliance related to incident management as well as Standard of Practice development and implementation.
Health & Safety: The TTL will complete routine review and follow up on incidents to ensure protective measures are implemented timely, incident investigations are completed timely, recommendations are implemented from investigators appropriately to ensure the safety of individuals involved. The TTL will work in conjunction with the incident management unit to ensure that regulatory compliance time frames are being met and serve as support to operations regarding Part 624 and Park 625 regulations.
Policy and Procedure: This TTL will chair the policy and procedure committee for Region 4 as well as the local policy and procedure committees. This TTL will ensure that all outdated policies are updated and or discontinued and that all local policies alinged with current ADMS and regulations.
Core Mission: The TTL will support operations regarding regulatory compliance for incident management as well as ensure staff and leadership are aware of current policy updates which often pertain to service requirements. The TTL will maintain the Region 4 Standard of Practice SharePoint which will provide up to date policy, memorandum, and processes necessary for all agency staff to adhere to and be accessible to the field.

Additional Comments • Please note that starting salary for this title reflects the Downstate adjustment. Posted Hiring Salary includes the sum of the statutory hiring rate for M/C Grade M-1 ($93,659) and Downstate Adjustment ($4,000). Downstate Adjustment is also added to the job rate ($118,388).
