Duties Description A Program Aide in the Planning & Program Management Group will be required to perform tasks which fall into four broad categories: analytical techniques, compliance with administrative and programmatic financial requirements, and budget/finance activities. Those duties include, but not limited to, the following:
• Monitor and evaluate data for deficiencies and assist in correcting problems
• Collect, tabulate, and analyze data
• Assist in monitoring agency expenditures via SFS
• Assist with CHIPS, et al reimbursement programs
• Assist with Local Program agreements and payment processing
• Assist with preparing of responses for inquiries.
• Provides quality control for all outgoing correspondence.
• Organizes and maintains project files.
• Assist with maintaining program management data bases and correspondence log

Responsibilities may include serving a role within the Incident Command System to support the department’s response to regional and statewide emergency situations

Minimum Qualifications To be considered for permanent appointment, candidates must be reachable on the current Civil Service eligible list or be eligible for reassignment or transfer in accordance with Civil Service Law.
