One year permanent competitive service as an Human Resources Specialist 2 (LR) or in a title eligible for transfer under Section 52.6 of the Civil Service Law

Duties Description Under the direction of a higher-level Human Resources Specialist (LR), oversee all labor relations activity in a geographic grouping of offices and/or youth residential facilities. Duties include employee discipline, grievance administration, labor/management activity, health and safety activities and agency-level labor management committee assignments.
Additional duties will be discussed in detail during the interview.

Additional Comments Depending on the assigned geographic region, overnight travel varies from 10% to 35%.
