Duties Description Job Description:
• Liaison between employees and the Company with regards to benefit collection and communication
• Conduct new employment orientations
• Distribute benefit information to employee.
• Process enrollment forms and maintain documents
• Communicate with third party benefit providers to obtain benefit materials/updates for dissemination
• Process retirement letters and daily reports
• Explain benefits to employees & dependents
Minimum Qualifications • Candidate should have an associate’s degree or higher; relevant experience preferred
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Effective customer service phone skills
• Strong computer and data entry skills
• Ability to work independently and under time pressure
• Available for extended work hours as required to meet deadlines
• Associates degree (or higher); 2 years or more of work history
Additional Comments This position offers a competitive compensation package with generous paid time off, and tuition reimbursement, in a structured 9-5 work schedule Monday through Friday.
