Job Specifics

Minimum Qualifications Two (2) years experience in maintenance or mechanical work under the supervision of a skilled trades-worker
OR
Completion of an appropriate two (2) year technical school course

Duties Description Assist the General Mechanics with electrical/mechanical/HVAC/Plumbing and general maintenance in the facility. Duties may include, but not limited to: install new/repair electrical equipment, replacement/repair plumbing, repair/paint/wallpaper walls, repair/stain woodwork, install doors/molding, snow plowing, vehicle mechanic repairs, general carpentry, etc.

Additional Comments Base Salary Plus $3,26.00 location pay
