Job Specifics

Minimum Qualifications Minimum Qualifications: Two years of experience in maintenance or mechanical work under the supervision of a skilled trades-worker or completion of an appropriate two-year technical school course.

Duties Description 1.Perform custodial duties such as cleaning, mopping, vacuuming and trash removal.
2. Operate heavy equipment such as trucks, tractors, skid steer, loaders, etc.
3. Operate light self propelled equipment such as power mowers, chain saws, drills, powersaws, etc.
4. Perform a variety of tasks utilizing power and manual hand tools including but not limited to saws, hammers, drills, sanders, and stationary power tools.
5. Possess ability to perform a variety of construction trades including but not limited to masonry, carpentry, painting, roofing, electrical, plumbing & HVAC.
6. Must be able to lift 80 lbs or more.
7. Must possess a valid drivers license.

Additional Comments This is a temporary appointment with a duration of 11/01/17 through 3/31/18.
