Job Specifics

Minimum Qualifications Must have a master of psychology degree from a regionally accredited college or university which prepares graduates for master’s level psychologist positions in clinical, forensic, or community mental health settings; AND the degree program must have included a clinical psychology practicum, externship, or clinical fieldwork. In addition, you must indicate you have had 2 years of supervised post-master's degree experience in a clinical or community mental health setting or forensic setting. Substitutions for post-master's degree experience: completion of a full-time, one year pre-doctoral internship or traineeship in a clinical, community mental health, or forensic setting may be substituted for one year of post master’s degree experience. A doctoral degree in clinical psychology may be substituted for two years of post-master’s degree experience.

Duties Description The Psychologist will assist with addressing the needs of individuals who have intellectual and adaptive deficits. Duties include conducting group and individual sessions, report writing, and evaluating intellectual functioning through the use of various assessment tools (WAIS-IV, C-TONI, Etc.).
