Minimum Qualifications EDUCATION & REQUIREMENTS:
Education Level required: Undergraduate degree in related field.
Relevant experience required: 3-5 years; relevant experience in a marketing environment.
• Knowledge required: Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Ability to multitask efficiently with a sense of urgency and prioritize effectively. Excellent oral and written interpersonal and communication skills. Self-motivated with deadline oriented work ethic and a desire to work in fast paced environment. High level of dependability, initiative, and creativity preferred.
Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. Understanding of New York State government, geography, and culture encouraged. Familiarity with NYS assets and attractions is helpful.

Duties Description BASIC FUNCTION:
The Project Manager will support VP in managing and developing 10 welcome center projects from planning to creative to execution.

WORK PERFORMED:
•Manage the day-to-day activities of the WC projects including tracking all content development, creative and digital assets, approval process
•Communicate with key stakeholders and project team in securing assets such artifacts, photography, video
•Maintain and update the project plans and production timelines to ensure all elements are delivered on time
•Schedule regular team meetings and manage communications between agency team members; write call notes and specific next steps following each meeting
•Develop presentations in support of projects and drive process improvement to discover efficiencies
•Develop organizing principles for creative assets
•Research assets, proofread and provide content editing as required
•Work closely with VP and agency to ensure on-brand design, accurate message content
•Provide administrative support to VP
•Support other marketing projects as assigned
