Job Specifics

Duties Description Under the direction of higher-level Human Resources staff in the OPRHP Main Office - Human Resources Bureau, the selected candidate’s duties will include, but are not limited to:

• Answer and direct incoming phone calls, take messages, and respond to basic inquiries.
• Prepare, sort, and distribute incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and internal correspondence.
• Schedule and coordinate meetings.
• Attend meetings, take notes, and distribute meeting notes
• Accurately enter and update information into databases and spreadsheets.
• Maintain organized digital and physical filing systems for easy retrieval of information.
• Support other departments with administrative tasks and special projects as needed
• Additional duties as assigned

Minimum Qualifications There are no minimum qualifications per Civil Service.

Additional Comments Preferred Qualifications:
• Experience with Microsoft Excel, Word, Teams, SharePoint, and WebEx.
• Ability to learn new computer applications.
• Experience managing multiple priorities.
• Ability to communicate with diverse individuals effectively and professionally on varying levels, both within an agency as well as outsize organizations.
