Job Specifics

Duties Description The positions will provide desktop and application support ensuring court technology is fully operational. The selected candidates address the requests, deployment and inventory control of hardware and software in accordance with the Division of Technology and Court Research’s policies and procedures. Further responsibilities includer evaluating, installing, managing, documenting, and troubleshooting PCs, printers, scanners, and other devices. Specific knowledge and experience with Microsoft Office 365 product suite, Windows 11, PC architecture, MS Intune, SCCM, Cyber Security and Help Desk management software required.

Minimum Qualifications JG-28 - Network System Engineer III - Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university and five (5) years of related technical experience in a help desk or technical environment; or An equivalent combination of education and related technical experience in a help desk or technical environment. Salary: $110,853 + $4,920 location pay

JG-26 - Network System Engineer II - Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university and four (4) years of related technical experience in a help desk or technical environment; or An equivalent combination of education and related technical experience in a help desk or technical environment. Salary: $94,386 + $4,920 location pay
OR
JG-23 - Network System Engineer I - Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university and three (3) years of related technical experience in a help desk or technical environment; or An equivalent combination of education and related technical experience in a help desk or technical environment. Salary: $84,659 + $4,920 location pay
OR
JG-21 - Network System Technician III Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university and two (2) years of related technical experience in a help desk or technical environment; or An equivalent combination of education and related technical experience in a help desk or technical environment. Salary: $76,112 + $4,920 location pay
OR
JG-18 - Network System Technician II - Associate's degree from an accredited college or university and two (2) years of related technical experience in a help desk or technical environment; or An equivalent combination of education and related technical experience in a help desk or technical environment. Salary: $64,971 + $4,920 location pay
OR
JG-16 - Network System Technician I - Associate's degree from an accredited college or university in computer science; or An equivalent combination of education and related technical experience in a help desk or technical environment. Salary: $58,100 + $4,920 location pay
