Job Specifics

Duties Description Provide individual and group therapy as well as case management in the SOAT program. Assess need and appropriateness of incarcerated individuals for the program. Connect the incarcerated individuals to community providers. Increase their knowledge to available services. Provide linkages to those services, develop skills needed to obtain on-going services once released.

Minimum Qualifications Must be licensed and currently registered by NYS as a licensed master social worker.
