Minimum Qualifications Must be physically able to perform all duties of the position.
Preferred qualifications: Experience in carpentry, tractor and/or equipment operation, snow removal, painting or electrical work is preferred.
Duties Description General facility maintenance, including mowing, raking, snow removal, painting, cleaning, changing bulbs, climbing ladders, carpentry, and other maintenance tasks as needed.
Additional Comments Must have valid driver's license or demonstrate the ability to meet the transportation needs of the position. Must be able to negotiate difficult terrain, work in remote areas and in adverse weather conditions. Overtime may be required. Weekends and holidays may be required. Must be available for emergency response. Must be available to respond to after-hours emergencies. Must be able to lift and move objects up to 80 pounds.
These are seasonal, hourly appointments with an anticipated end date of 3/31/19. Program needs and funding will determine actual termination date, which may be prior to dates listed above. Actual work schedule and duties may vary and will be discussed at the interview.
