Minimum Qualifications • Bachelor’s degree and eight or more years of experience in project management/administration, policy/legislative analysis, communications or other public administrative positions OR twelve or more years of experience in project management/administration, policy/legislative analysis, communications or other public administrative positions. Master’s degree in public administration, political science, or communications may substitute for one year of experience.
• Two years of management experience

Duties Description Under the direction of the Director of the Integrated Eligibility System (IES), the Operations Deputy Director will oversee the operational activities supporting the IES Program. The Operations Deputy Director will manage communications, compliance requirements, financial, personnel and vendor management activities for the IES Program. Duties include, but are not limited to:

• Direct internal and external communications related to IES development and implementation;
• Ensure IES Program adheres to and meets federal and State compliance requirements;
• Provide overall coordinate with the Programs federal partners;
• Coordinate finance and claiming activities for the Program;
• Direct integration and communications between ITS procurement, vendors and stake holders;
• Establish and execute vendor management practices for the IES program;
• Coordinate human resource management, for both employee and contractor resources;
• Coordinate IV&V activities on behalf of the IES Program sponsors;
• Serve as lead for IES committees;
• Collaboration with ITS technical and operational leadership to ensure alignment on related standards and strategy.
• Coordination with stakeholders and State Executives;
• Perform full range of supervisory responsibilities.
