Open competitive minimum qualifications (provided for 55b/c candidates and 70.4 transfer eligibles): Bachelor's degree.
Duties Description This position, in the Bureau of Contract & Grant Development, will focus on the procurement and award of competitive and non-competitive state and local assistance grants. The candidate will work within the new Grants Gateway system and will assist the supervisor of the unit to develop business processes to best implement the various aspects of this system, including but not limited to development of Requests for Applications and evaluation methodologies, award of contracts, review of payment requests and management of reports. The position will also include providing assistance to Department staff as well as applicants and grant recipients at various stages in the process.
