One year of permanent competitive or 55b/c service as an Office Assistant 2 Stores and Mail OR eligible for transfer. (Titles eligible for transfer include but not limited to: Office Assistant 2, Office Assistant 2 Keyboarding, Office Assistant 2 Calculations, Office Assistant 2 Customer Service)
Duties Description Receive, store and distribute goods, materials, equipment, office supplies and records in a stockroom, warehouse, records center, or commissary.
Load, unload and physically handle equipment, furniture, supplies, etc.
Supervise support staff that perform stockroom activities.
Maintain perpetual inventory records to monitor and control inventory stock levels.
Additional duties will be discussed in detail during the interview.
