Duties Description Duties include but not limited to:

• Configuring, managing, and maintaining SharePoint Online environment, including site creation and user permissions

• Implementing and enforcing SharePoint governance policies, managing user access, and ensuring data security and compliance

• Providing technical support to users, resolving SharePoint-related issues, and escalating problems as needed

• Developing solutions using Power Platform tools like Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power BI to automate workflows, create custom applications, and enhance user experiences

• Creating and maintaining documentation for SharePoint procedures and providing training to users on SharePoint usage

• Working with IT teams, business units, and other stakeholders to understand requirements, deliver solutions, and ensure alignment with business objectives

Minimum Qualifications To be eligible for this position, you must meet one of the following conditions:

Seven years of experience in SharePoint Online including configuring sites, managing permissions, troubleshooting issues, and implementing updates. This would also include developing solutions leveraging the Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI) to enhance business processes and automate tasks

OR
An associate’s degree and five years of the required experience as described above

OR

A bachelor’s degree and three years of the required experience as described above

OR

A master’s degree and two years of the required experience as described above


Preferred skills include:

• Strong understanding of SharePoint Online and its features

• Proficiency in Microsoft 365 and its various components, including Teams, Power Platform, etc.

• Experience with SharePoint administration, including site creation, user management, and permissions

• Knowledge of PowerShell scripting for SharePoint administration

• Familiarity with Power Platform tools like Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power BI

• Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills

• Strong communication and collaboration skills

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

• Experience with migration and upgrade processes

Additional Comments Hours of the position will be discussed at the time of interview, including questions regarding Flextime, AWS/Compressed work week and Telecommuting.
