Salary RangeFrom $73284 to $92693 Annually
Minimum Qualifications One year of permanent competitive service as a Children and Family Services Specialist 2 or eligible for a 70.1 transfer.
Duties Description Oversee the development of monitoring instruments and processes to assess the quality of adherence to the RTA models, pilot the tools, gather feedback from users and incorporate needed improvements and changes, data monitoring
Work as part of the team that is directing the implementation of new RTA model to include managing project work plans, participation in decision-making regarding project design and needs, developing tools
Facilitate the development of the agency deliverables
Develop reports for management for review of the RTA agencies and counties performance
Develop corrective action plans where necessary to obtain performance improvements
Identify systems issues in the implementation of the RTA programs and make recommendations for change
Provide supervision of staff in the unit, including oversight of workloads, monthly monitoring and feedback to agencies and local districts
Respond to senior team and the Deputy Commissioner’s requests for feedback/oversight support to the agencies and local districts on the program’s strengths, areas of needed improvement and youth specific concerns
Provide support and oversight of programs and districts to assist in permanency planning for those youth who otherwise would be ready to leave placement
Design and schedule training sessions for the staff of local social services districts and voluntary agencies
Manage and direct the work activities of several Children and Family Services Specialists 1, Grade 18
Complete and submit the annual performance evaluation for each of these several Children and Family Services Specialists
