Minimum Qualifications Candidates must be reachable on the current Civil Service eligible lists (CMS1, PATT, PCO) or be eligible for either a 70.1 or 52.6 transfer. To qualify for a permanent appointment under either Section 70.1 or 52.6 a candidate must have one year permanent competitive or 55-b/55-c service in a qualifying title.

Duties Description POSITION DESCRIPTION:

Negotiate, develop, prepare, review, implement and process, track and provide fiscal and administrative oversight of contracts. In addition, this position audits and processes contract claims and vouchers, and approves and reviews contract payments to ensure all payments are in accordance with contract terms.

PRIMARY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Preparing, reviewing, implementing, processing, tracking and provision of fiscal and administrative oversight of contracts:
• the development and/or negotiation of contracts, RFPs, Sole/Single source procurement, and other related financial documents
• review proposed contracts for fiscal and programmatic correctness
• review budget modifications, quarterly and end of year financial documents, and contract amendments
• take responsibility for managing contract renewals, termination, closeouts and modifications
• monitoring and processing of contractual voucher payments
• changes necessary for rate setting
• developing assistive support prices
• provide cross-coverage for other members of the Fiscal Unit
• other assignments, as needed
