Minimum Qualifications • Bachelor’s degree and eight or more years of project management experience, at least four of which must have been in a management role OR twelve or more years of project management experience, at least four of which must have been in a management role

Duties Description Under the direction of the Director of the Integrated Eligibility System (IES), the Program Management Deputy Director will oversee and provide direction to the IES Project office, master scheduling activities (dependency management with partner agency initiatives) and project risk and issue management. The Project Management Deputy Director will manage the development and implementation of project management processes, policies and procedures for the IES Program. Duties include, but are not limited to:
• Oversee IES Project Management responsibilities and activities;
• Develop and implement processes, policies and procedures for the IES Program;
• Coordinate with partner agencies at the federal, state, and local level to ensure that cross project dependencies, schedules, risks and issues are identified and managed.
• Oversee the scheduling and estimation processes for IES Program;
• Develop and execute project work plans and deliverables as needed to meet IES Program timeline;
• Define and track required resources to meet IES programmatic deliverables;
• Develop and execute risk and issue management processes including identifying mitigation approaches and corrective actions;
• Collaboration with ITS technical and operational leadership to ensure alignment on related standards and strategy.
• Coordination with stakeholders and State Executives;
• Perform full range of supervisory responsibilities.
