Minimum Qualifications Interested candidates must be reachable on the Program Aide eligible list or eligible to transfer under Section 70.1 of the Civil Service Law
To be eligible for a 70.1 transfer to a Program Aide, SG – 13, a candidate must have one year of competitive service in a qualifying title allocated to a salary grade 11 or higher
Duties Description Audit Report Finalization
• Analyze final Performance audit reports, make appropriate corrections and adjustments and format reports using InDesign for distribution to local officials, the Legislature and Division personnel.
• Analyze final Statewide audit reports, make appropriate corrections and adjustments and format reports using InDesign for distribution to local officials, the Legislature and Division personnel.
• Identify, compile and analyze appropriate distribution lists to ensure appropriate recipients for electronic or hard copy distribution of audit reports to local officials, State agencies, the legislature and other interested parties.
• Prepare and distribute post audit survey documents to local officials.
• Collect, tabulate, analyze and summarize audit survey results.
Web Service Support
• Gather, analyze and compile data related upcoming, ongoing and final audits issued, using InterTrac, for use in the Division’s Audit Log reporting.
• Monitor and evaluate data contained in the Internet Audit Search database and make corrections and updates as needed.
• Create tables, charts, graphs and other analytical designs to update Division publications.
• Monitor and evaluate material presented on the LGSA Internet and Intranet sites, to ensure accuracy and suggest corrections and improvements.
Publication Management
• Monitor and evaluate publication inventory based on trends in requests, request reproduction, assist in stocking and distribution of reports and publications as needed.
• Review and assess record retention laws, rules and regulations and regularly assess audit materials to determine and compile record retention requests.
Other Program Support
• Assist in developing, maintaining, monitoring and analyzing performance measures.
• Assist with special projects.
• Perform other duties to assist the Publications and Web Services Unit or other Divisional business units, as necessary.
