Minimum Qualifications
One year of permanent competitive service in this title or eligible for transfer via Section 70.1 of Civil Service law.
Duties Description Review incoming correspondence and draft responses where appropriate.
Review outgoing correspondence for grammar, spelling, etc.
Research background information to support training functions.
Transmit instructions to staff and conduct follow-up.
Handle telephone calls and visitors and respond to questions.
Coordinate and arrange meetings.
Manage site logistics.
Establish office procedure.
Set up and maintain office filing systems (including electronic);
Usage of Learning Management System, communication and documentation of Basic Academy Training related to Raise the Age.
Resolve day-to-day operational problems.
Coordinate information flow by acting as liaison among key managers, staff, other employees, and the public.
