Minimum Qualifications You must possess a master's degree from a program accredited by the American Library Association and satisfactory completion of a 2 year traineeship or a master's degree from a program accredited by the American Library Association and 2 years of full time post-degree professional library experience.
Duties Description Plan and develop services for library clientele. Manage and evaluate services provided by the library. Select and acquire library materials. Classify, catalogue, and index library material. Provide reference, searching, bibliographic, and reader assistance services to the library clientele. Supervise and train subordinate staff of paid professional and clerical workers and volunteer and resident workers where they are employed
