Minimum Qualifications One year of permanent competitive service as a Family Health Nurse Practitioner or eligible for a 70.1 transfer.
OR
Current Licensure as a Family Health Nurse Practitioner in New York State.

Duties Description Provide primary health care to youth in collaboration with a licensed physician.

Assess the physical and psychosocial status of youth by means of interview, health history, physical examination, and diagnostic tests.

Prescribe drugs, devices, and immunizing agents.

Perform employee health examinations in accordance with the practice agreement and practice protocols.

Additional duties will be discussed in detail during the interview.
