Duties Description
The Office Assistant 3 would support the administrative and fiscal functions of the Finance and Administration Unit and would be responsible for
Para-professional tasks including receiving, distributing, tracking and filing of incoming and outgoing high volume training contract-related correspondence and documents; the receipt and processing of vendor claims, pre-audit functions, record-keeping, perform budget reviews and prepare written correspondence for supervisor and Associate Director's signature. Familiarity with contracting terms and processes are helpful, but not necessary. Mathematical aptitude, organization, attention to detail, ability to manage multiple tasks, familiarity with written protocols and critical thinking skills are necessary in this position. Knowledge and experience with MS Excel and Outlook and electronic filing systems helpful. Verbal and written communications will need to be professional and succinct.
