Duties Description JOB DESCRIPTION: The incumbent of this position will work under the Supervising Attorney and duties will include:
• Working independently on Freedom of Information Law (FOIL) requests, merit and fitness legal issues, and regulatory promulgation.
• Handling employee requests for Reasonable Accommodations.
• Attending and handling administrative hearings related to disability leaves, departmental litigation, and disciplinary matters.
