Duties Description Agency Legacy System lead (WMS Services, WMS modernization project, CONNECTIONS activities). Identify WMS Services and Activity changes, analyze projects that may impact legacy systems, gather requirements, work with OCFS and ITS on implementation. Work with multiple program and support units that are impacted by WMS and CONNECTIONS activities. Communicate needs and potential systems and program implications. Provide support and training to LDSS staff for WMS Services and CONNECTIONS activities.

Analyze current agency business processes, needs and requirements. Assist divisions in prioritizing and organizing business processes and advise on requirements. Report project milestones and progress to agency leadership.

Will perform supervisory duties.
