Duties Description Serve as a liaison between the Division of Juvenile Justice and Opportunities for Youth (DJJOY) and ITS to communicate business needs and requirements. Plan and execute business systems research and information gathering. Review, document and categorize the current business processes for DJJOY in order to support daily operations. Develop subject matter expertise in order to assist program area in the design and enhancement of existing or new technology.
Provide technical support to the CCFS development team regarding JJIS; JDAS; JJIS CTH. Review and document business processes for the entire DJJOY system, which includes: facility and community, youth’s experience/progression, and home office bureaus. Participate in various ITS related workgroups.
Review and provide internal approval of any ITS related hardware/software that DJJOY is interested in procuring.
Assist other divisions and/or projects as requested.
