Duties Description Serve as a liaison between the Division of Child Care Services (DCCS) and ITS to communicate business needs and requirements for the design and enhancement of existing or new DCCS technology initiatives.
Specific responsibilities include: Plan and execute business systems research and information for the CCFS development team regarding the .Net-recoding of CCFS; Provide technical assistance to local social services district staff, registration and Regional Office staff during the rollout of new CCFS, POP and CCPI modules, and defining business requirements for various DCCS initiatives, collaborating with ITS in addressing Division-wide IT issues, and,
Participate in various workgroups with the DCCS-ITS systems development teams.
Communicate and identify DCCS technical/business needs to ITS for the XEROX paper child care licensing applications, either through participation in various application workgroups or otherwise.
Work with ITS in the procurement of technology devices to support business needs (inspector tablets, printers, hardware, etc.).
Assist other divisions and/or projects as requested.
