Salary RangeFrom $44274 to $53927 Annually
Minimum Qualifications Current Division of Homeland Security & Emergency Services employee with permanent, contingent-permanent or 55b/c service as a Program Aide and interested in reassignment; OR current New York State employee with one year of permanent, contingent-permanent, or 55b/c service as an Agency Program Aide/Administrative Aide; OR current New York State employee with one year or more of permanent, contingent-permanent or 55b/c service in a position allocated to Grade 11 or above and eligible for transfer under Section 70.1 of the Civil Service Law.

Duties Description • Candidate needs to demonstrate proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, including MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook.
• Learn, and maintain proficiency in utilized learning management system, State Financial System, and other web-based software.
• Administration, support, and recordkeeping for Transportation training courses and exercises.
• Answers telephones
• Actively participate in the Transportation Training Section procurement procedure for office, course, and exercise supplies and materials.
• General office duties, as necessary.
Additional Comments Work schedule may vary based on operational need. Travel is required.
Location pay is $3,026.
