Candidates with one-year permanent competitive service in an LSR traineeship may be eligible for reassignment. Candidates with less than one-year competitive service in an LSR traineeship may be eligible for reassignment only if their score would be reachable in that location.

**Hourly LSR’s are not eligible for transfer or reassignment**

Duties Description As a Labor Services Representative, you would assist customers and provide a broad range of services to jobseekers and employers both on an individual basis and through group presentations. You would interview customers to evaluate the nature of services desired, obtaining a complete work history including job experience, education, skills, salary ranges and job preferences. You would identify barriers to employment and develop solutions to these barriers. You would provide information on resources available through the Department of Labor.

Position specific job duties may include occasional altered work schedule or job assignments which require availability and willingness to work occasional evenings and or out-stationed assignments.
