Minimum Qualifications Ability to perform medium to heavy physical labor and ability to read and write for the purpose of exchanging information.

Duties Description Perform routine unskilled tasks requiring medium to heavy physical labor. Duties will include cleaning of campus buildings, maintenance of campus entrances, walks and grassy areas, snow removal, weeding and raking, assisting with campus event set-ups and tear-downs and trash, recycling and boiler ash removal. Position will assist in maintenance staff with unskilled and routine maintenance and repair activities.

Additional Comments OPERATIONAL NEEDS:
• 6:00 am -2:30 pm or 7:00 am – 3:30 pm Tuesday - Saturday
• Full time position based on a 40-hour work week
• May be required to work overtime based on operational needs
• Valid NYS Driver’s License

SPECIAL INFORMATION: Since the nature of the campus requires continuous service and emergencies may arise during other than normal work hours, employee in this position may be required to provide an after-hours telephone number and be willing to accept emergency call-ins and over-time work when necessary.
