Minimum Qualifications One year of permanent competitive service or 55b/c service as a Sr. Administrative Analyst

in an approved administrative title within two salary grades of a grade 18

reachable on the Public Administration Trainee Transition (PATT) eligible list OR the Professional Career Opportunities (PCO) eligible list
OR
have one year of permanent competitive service or 55 b/c service in a title eligible for transfer under section 52.6 of the Civil Service Law.
Appointment made from the PATT and PCO lists require completion of a two-year traineeship.
Duties Description
The incumbent of the Sr. Administrative Analyst trainee duties include, but not limited to the following tasks: Handle all onboarding & off-boarding requests thru the new IT, agency self-serve/help ticket portal, maintain org. charts, provide technical support to Director, Managers and other staff, as needed, supervise support staff, develop and/or publish internal BBM procedures, check lists and/or guidelines, in accordance with existing agency policies and applicable internal controls; manage the director's daily meeting/appointment schedule and assist in the scheduling and /or overall coordination of meetings attended by the Director and/or other BBM managers, authorize and/or approve BBM equipment orders or repairs, coordinate and/or oversee other supply and/or other service(s) requests or purchases by contract. Incumbent will also assume the role(s) of BBM Training Coordinator and Travel Director, as well as track and/or coordinate the recording and tracking of Director and/or Bureau assignments and follow-up to ensure accurately and timely completion thereof.
