Minimum Qualifications MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

• Currently employed by New York State as a permanent or contingent Treatment Team Leader, OR
in a title eligible for a 70.1 transfer.

Duties Description PRIMARY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE BUT NOT LIMITED TO:
• Responsible for ensuring that appropriate, timely and quality services are provided, and that these meet all applicable standards and guidelines.
• Provide administrative and supervisory oversight of 4 - 5 IRAs. Duties shall include but not limited to: program design, development and implementation; monitoring and supervision of clinical programs and documentation, monitoring of clinical and direct care staff; and conducting investigations of incidents.
• The Treatment Team Leader is essential to the safe operation of the sites, compliance with state policies and regulations.
• Treatment Team Leaders are expected to remain current in all OPWDD initiatives and implementation of the OPWDD transitional agenda for services, new training and quality initiatives. Participation of Administrator on Duty (AOD) system is required.
Note: Travel may be required within the Kings county catchment area and occasionally outside the area for administrative and training opportunities. Off hour visits to all sites are required.
