Duties Description The Mary Walker Health Center at the State University of New York at Oswego invites applications to fill a full time Secretary 1 position, Grade 11.

Description of Responsibilities:

The secretary one will directly support to the Director of Student Health Services at the Mary Walker Health Center.

This person will provide direct support in the daily operational task of the Director of Health Services. These task consist of assistance with immunization compliance of current and incoming students, budget tracking (review and analysis of current budget, data input, creating Excel charts for tracking and spending), coordination of travel documents for staff (completion and submission of request forms, receipts, lodging and budget tracking), coordination of professional development for staff, tracking of CEU’s and credentials for current staff with Excel, record keeping, data analysis, assist with assessment efforts of Health Center, assistance with accreditation compliance and standards and scheduling of meetings and managing google calendar for director.

This person will also provide support to the Lifestyles Center. This person will provide budget tracking per above, coordination of professional development, record keeping, ordering of supplies, book keeping and bank deposits and assistance with data analysis. They will also assist the AOD (alcohol and other drug) Coordinator with monitoring compliance of students, data tracking and monitoring hold on student accounts.
