Job Specifics

Minimum Qualifications Candidates must possess a license to practice as a registered professional nurse in New York State and 1 year nursing post-licensure experience . We are an equal opportunity employer.

Duties Description Nurses provide health care services to our 1856 maximum security, all male, facility inmates. This facility includes a 429 bed reception center and is also an OMH level 1 with a 56 bed ICP unit and 24 bed Infirmary for our patients.

Additional Comments There are multiple shifts available. Permanent and Contingent Permanent.

Rate of pay is based on experience, includes geographic pay of $4500, shift differential pay for evenings of $5000.
