Duties/ Responsibilities

As a Calculations Clerk 1, you will do mathematical computations and handle numerical records. Your duties might include maintaining statistical or financial records, preparing numerical reports (including charts and graphs), compiling data from various sources, handling computer files, and answering questions about transactions and procedures.

Minimum/Preferred Qualifications

Candidates be reachable for appointment on the current Civil Service eligible list for the title; OR have permanent status as a Calculations Clerk 1, Grade 6 and be eligible for lateral transfer; OR be eligible for transfer under Section 70.1 of the Civil Service Law.
