Duties/ Responsibilities |
Responsible for all labor relations activity in a geographic grouping of offices and youth residential facilities, including employee discipline, grievance administration, labor/management activity, and health and safety activities; also special projects and agency level labor/management committee assignments. Depending on the region, overnight travel varies from 10 to 35 percent of the time. |

Minimum/Preferred Qualifications |
One year of permanent competitive service as an Agency Labor Relations Representative 1 or eligible for 52.6 transfer |

Additional Comments |
Fingerprinting is required at the time of appointment. In addition, screening through the New York State Register for Child Abuse and Maltreatment will also be required, the fee is currently $5. |
