Duties/ Responsibilities |
Under the supervision of the Licensing Examiner 1, the incumbent will be responsible for receiving and reviewing all applications for retail licenses and permits to determine if all required criteria have been met in order to accept the application for filing. The incumbents will also be responsible for the processing of non-complex applications and providing information to the general public regarding the filing of application. Duties include: |

Minimum/Preferred Qualifications |
These positions are open to current NYS employees only. Candidates must have at least one year of permanent competitive service in a title allocated to Grade 7 or higher and be eligible for transfer under Section 70.1 of the NYS Civil Service Law to Licensing Services Clerk. |
