Duties/ Responsibilities |
Provide direct clinical supervision and technical assistance for social workers within OCFS residential and community programs. Including case consultation, documentation reviews, monitoring of compliance with agency policies and professional standards, identifying and addressing training needs for social work staff and serving as liaison with other agencies and community partners providing services to youth with behavioral health issues. Minimum/Preferred Qualifications |
One year permanent competitive service as a Social Worker Supervisor 1 or eligible for a 70.1 transfer. |

Additional Comments |
Fingerprinting is required at the time of appointment, the fee is currently $86.75. In addition, screening through the New York State Register for Child Abuse and Maltreatment will also be required, the fee is currently $5. |
