Duties/ Responsibilities |
Serve as a member of interdisciplinary treatment teams providing the full range of social work services to individuals in a variety of settings. Handle more complex issues and exercise a high level of independent professional judgment throughout the course of your activities. You may also be required to supervise and train subordinate staff. |

Minimum/Preferred Qualifications |
One year permanent competitive service as a Licensed Master Social Worker 2 eligible for transfer OR Licensure and currently registered by New York State as a Licensed Master Social Worker (LMSW). Experience in Addictions and /or Sex Offender Treatment a plus. |

Additional Comments |
Fingerprinting is required at the time of appointment, the fee is currently $86.50. In addition, screening through the New York State Register for Child Abuse and Maltreatment will also be required, the fee is currently $5. |
