Duties/ Responsibilities

Some of these duties include observing and providing nursing care for consumers in the residence while observing for potential health problems and changes. These observations will be reported to the registered nurse, physician, or the individual's planning team, whichever is appropriate.

NOTE: Travel will be involved in the performance of the duties of the position. This may include a state-owned vehicle, as available or the employee's own car. An employee who uses his/her own car will be reimbursed at current negotiated rates.

Minimum/Preferred Qualifications

All candidates who apply must currently be in title.

OR

Candidates must possess or be eligible to obtain a license to practice as a Licensed Practical Nurse in New York State. You MUST possess a valid driver's license on the filing deadline date.

Additional Comments

Shift: Thurs-Sun 11pm-7am/Wed 3pm-11pm
